COA checks for peptide and regulated-material buyers

For licensed or FDA-registered buyers of lyophilized material: HPLC purity, identity and net content, duplicate chromatograms across synthesis batches, and no public page, ever.

File record only, because the vial spec is gated. No account, and the file is deleted after 24 hours.

Three document traps, and what the preset does

  1. The same chromatogram on a new batch

    What goes wrong

Two synthesis batches arrive with the same trace under different lot numbers.

    What the preset does

Each accepted COA is fingerprinted and compared. A match is a high signal, and the lot is blocked until a person clears it with a note.

  2. A short vial

    What goes wrong

8.1 mg measured against a 10 mg label is 81%, below the 90% floor, while the cover page says the lot passed.

    What the preset does

The content is worked out against your label, and the lot fails on it.

    NET_CONTENT_OUT_OF_TOLERANCE
  3. A research-use-only statement

    What goes wrong

The COA carries “research use only” in small print.

    What the preset does

It is a blocker in 503A mode, a warning on a custom spec, and it always bars a public page.

    RUO_NOT_ELIGIBLE

The preset: Standard Lyophilized Vial ≥98% HPLC + 90–110% Net Content

Purity
At least 98% area, by HPLC only. Any other method is a finding.
Identity
Must conform. To require mass spec, set the allowed methods on the spec; another method is then a finding.
Net content
90% to 110% of your labelled mg per vial.
Access
Opens only after a license or FDA-registration check. Set by the server, never by a form.
Public pages
Never for this category or for a research-use-only COA. A database trigger refuses them for every writer.

What it does not do

COA Proof checks documents against the limits you set. It never tests, certifies or approves a product, and it is not affiliated with FDA or Amazon. Examples on this page are fictional and are not customer results. This is not legal advice.
